The blend of these two pungent yet light herbs strikes an exquisite natural balance that you would find in the gardens of Levantine homes.
THYME (زعتر | za'tar)
Traditionally dried and mixed with salt, sesame seeds, and sumac, za'tar is a staple in Levantine cuisine. It is most commonly consumed with bread and olive oil, known as 'zeit ou za'tar', meaning oil and thyme.
ROSEMARY (إكليل الجبل | Iklyl al-jabal)
A shrub native to the Middle East, rosemary thrives in dry climates. 'Iklyl al-jabal' in Arabic translates as 'crown of the hills'.
Our candles are made-to-order. We make each candle by hand, which makes them unique and at times 'imperfect', but we like it that way!
NATURAL & ETHICALLY SOURCED
We only use toxin-free 100% natural essential oils. Our beeswax is also toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, gluten-free, and most importantly, it's ethically sourced.
What's the difference between cotton and wooden wicks you ask? Wooden wicks burn much cleaner primarily because wood burns evenly at higher temperatures, which improves the scent throw.
All our materials are selected with sustainability in mind and when you're ready to buy another candle, send us your empty cement jar and we will refill it for you - Refills are just $39 and shipping is on us!
